Cancellation Policy:

To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum of a 24-hours notice to change or cancel any appointment OR notice by 9am of the day of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to to fill that slot. Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving after the start of their appointment may be asked to reschedule. When possible, we will do our best to accomodate your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival.

To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment. Should any guest refuse to hold their appointment with a valid credit card, he or she will only be offered services on a walk-in basis, depending on availability. Guests will not have to insert their credit card at check out if they want to use the card on file as their form of payment. Late cancellation/no call/no show will be subject to a charge of 100% of the booked appointment. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy. We do not guarantee or refund packages.
